He has been honing his skills further for the last 30 years or so, by handling and dealing with the clients independently. Pragyan Bajracharya, an undergraduate degree holder in Computer and Business Administration. His dynamic personality, work experience of over 10 years and thorough knowledge of almost everything one can think of, makes him one man army! Tech master through to administration and operations, he just fits well in all aspects.

Pem Chhiri is an IFMGA (International Federation of Mountain Guide Association) certified guide. A hardcore mountaineer who has climbed almost all the popular peaks of Nepal, trekking peaks through to 8000m peaks including the mighty Everest for 15 times. In addition to leading treks and expeditions, Pem is intensively involved in making execution plans for remote and complex treks and expeditions that NSA operates. He is an integral part of the team and his expertise and guidance is an asset.

Nani Ram Khatri, a BBS graduate, a man who loves dealing with money and plays with figures! He has experience of over 15 years and his meticulous accounting and bookkeeping makes him the most sought after professional. Blessed with a good sense of humour, he spreads harmony and pleasure at work.

LN Adhikari (Keshav) is academically a certified lawyer who had a previous experience of working for Nepal Government department as well. However, his keen interest in traveling fascinated him towards Tourism and ended up adhering to Tourism as his profession instead. He has been working in Finance and administration for the last 28 years or so. An ethical person who is loyal to his work, makes him an excellent and reliable finance guy without any issues or controversies attached!

Ram Sharan, a graduate from Tribhuvan University has spent more than 3 decades working in tourism. In the long professional journey, he has done and dusted all types of administrative works – simple through to complex arrangements and permissions from the concerned government department. His expertise and in-depth knowledge makes things easy to obtain necessary permission to execute trekking, expedition or filming projects.

Kumar Tamang has been managing stores for the last 25 years or so! A key person who fulfills each and every requirement of the trek when it comes to equipment! He knows which make of tents fit well on a particular trek, what footwear porters should wear on a particular trek. Expert in tent plots and equipment requirements, he foresees if there’s going to be a shortfall of any equipment in the middle of the season and comes up with a back plan of resupplying/full filling it.
