The Hidden Valleys
1. Upper Mustang (The Forbidden Kingdom)

Day 1–3: Briefing & Approach
Arrival in Kathmandu, final permit verification, and scenic flight/drive to the trailhead.
Day 4–12: The Hidden Path
Trekking through remote villages, acclimatizing slowly to ensure health, and engaging with the unique Bhotia or Tibetan culture of the region.
Day 13-20: Deep Exploration
Crossing high mountain passes (e.g., Kang La, Thorong La, or Shey La), visiting sacred monasteries, and exploring the remote interior of the valley.
Day 21-25: Return & Celebration
A steady descent back to the roadhead or airfield, followed by the flight back to Kathmandu for a celebratory farewell.
